Product Warranty

1.1. Fenix provides easy, reliable and speedy service to all flashlights under warranty.

1.2. All dealers are responsible for their customers; should a problem exists customers are advised to contact the Dealer or Distributor from whom they bought the Fenix flashlights from for warranty support.

Fenix will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase. We will also repair a light free of charge within 60 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; if repairs to the flashlight are required after 24 months from the date of purchase, parts will be charged for.

The total repair fee is dependent on the cost of the replaced materials.

3.1. 15-Day Free Replacement:

If a problem occurs in normal use, for any manufacturing defects, Fenix will replace the faulty product/s within 15 days of purchase. The product will be replaced with the same model; however, should the model be discontinued the customer will receive a product with similar specifications or an improved model.

3.2. Five Years Free Repairs:

All product repairs are ‘Free of charge’, within 60 months of purchase, if problems develop with normal use. Different warranty policies apply for different products:

Fenix products not mentioned above are not covered within the Product Warranty.

3.3. Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Lifetime repairs are offered for lights past the ‘Free of Charge’ warranty period. Replacement parts are charged for and the customer will be notified of the cost involved.

3.4. Extended Warranty Service:

Customers will get an extra six-month warranty service, over and above the 60 months product warranty, of the purchased product/s when registering the product on the official website www.fenixlight.com.

The ‘Free of Charge’ warranty does not cover any damages or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear
  • Rough operation
  • Battery leakage
  • Any defects or damages caused by the improper operations including but not limited to the operation which doesn’t comply with the warranty or notes shown in the product specification. E.g. the product specification will describe that ‘please don’t disassemble the sealed head, as doing so can damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty.’
  • Any defects or damaged led by other behaviours which cannot be controlled by Fenix reasonably.
Warranty Registration:
Customers will get an extra six-month warranty service, over and above the 60 months product warranty, of the purchased product/s when registering the product on the official website www.fenixlight.com.
